Just another reminder to let you know that BankHaven Online Banking and Bill Pay will be unavailable for a few days beginning the evening of Thursday, May 6, 2010.
UPDATED "first time" log on instructions on or after May 11, 2010 are:
First Time Log On Instructions:
• Go to: www.fnbhutch.com.
• In the Personal Banking section (upper right hand corner), insert your BankHaven User ID in the first box and your BankHaven password in the second box.
• When prompted, change your User ID (mandatory).
• Accept The First Online Disclosure.
• For this time on The First's system, you will be prompted to choose and answer a security question (this provides extra security for future access to your account).
• When prompted, we recommend you enroll your personal computer for even further protection. (Note: This is not recommended if you are accessing your account from a public computer.)
• Confirm your email address when prompted.
• You are in!
• Didn't get logged in? Give us a call during banking hours at 800-310-1521 or 620-465-2225 for help.
There are several items we recommend you review after your first log on to make sure that they transferred during the merger:
• Verify all Recurring Transfers you previously scheduled are still in place.
• Verify any nicknames for your accounts are still in place.
• Verify all email alerts you previously set up are still in place.
• (Please take the time to verify the above items, as our service provider could not guarantee that this information will be available. In the event that the information is not available please call and we will be glad to help you re-establish this information.)
• For Bill Pay Users:
• Verify all previously scheduled payments are still in place.
• Verify all payees, payment history, and e-bills are still in place
