Important News for Quicken Users
Starting with the 2005 version, Intuit has announced they will only allow the new QFX file type for import into checking and savings accounts within Quicken, the financial management software.
After much research and deliberation, we at First National Bank of Hutchinson will be unable to support the versions of Quicken that require this feature. However, if you are a current user of Quicken and would like to continue importing your transactions into the software, there are a few things you can do:
  1. You can continue to use the Quicken versions 2004 and older. Or
  2. You can switch to Microsoft Money. All versions of MS Money will work with the online banking. Microsoft has not announced any plans to change the import features at this time. You can simply export all your past data from Quicken and import into MS Money.
